Frequently asked questions
Will my phone work with an eSIM?
Most phones released since 2019 support eSIM — iPhone XS or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy flagships. Dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, you are eSIM-ready. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
When should I install the eSIM?
Install it at home over Wi-Fi before you fly, but keep the eSIM line turned off. Turn it on when you land — your plan validity starts from first connection, not from installation.
How do I redeem an Amazon purchase?
Go to the Redeem page, enter your Amazon order number (found under Your Orders) and the email where you want your QR code. It arrives within about 5 minutes.
Can I keep my home number for calls and texts?
Yes. Your physical SIM or home eSIM stays active for calls and SMS while the SIMLESS eSIM handles data. Just disable data roaming on your home line to avoid charges.
What happens when my data runs out?
Data simply stops — there are never overage charges. You can buy and install a new plan in minutes if you need more.
Can I share the connection with my laptop?
Yes, tethering and personal hotspot are supported on all plans at no extra cost.
What if it doesn’t work when I arrive?
Contact us any time — support is 24/7 in English and most issues are fixed in one short chat. If we can’t get you connected, you get a full refund.
Can I get a refund?
Unused, unactivated eSIMs are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Once an eSIM has connected to a network it can no longer be refunded, except for verified technical faults.
