If your eSIM from SIMLESS doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help. While our eSIMs typically function flawlessly, we understand that issues can occur. If you encounter any connection problems, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Full or Partial Refund: If your eSIM malfunctions due to an error on our part or the connection provider's, you may qualify for a full or partial refund.
Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not available if:
The incorrect email was provided during purchase.
Your device is incompatible with eSIM technology or is locked (check our website for a list of compatible devices).
You change your mind or no longer need the eSIM.
Cases not explicitly mentioned in this policy.
Refund Process
Report the Issue: Contact our support team at help@desim.tech immediately upon experiencing connection issues. Include detailed information and screenshots to help us identify the problem.
Assessment: Our support team will assess your situation and attempt to resolve the issue.
Refund Decision: If the issue is unsolvable, we will process your refund. The refund amount depends on the nature of the issue:
Never Connected: Full refund minus an administrative fee.
Intermittent or Temporary Connection: Partial refund based on the number of days without internet, less the days with a functioning connection.
Administrative Fee: A small fee may be deducted from the refund.
Purchase and Cancellation Terms
Applicability: These terms apply to all purchases made via shop.desim.tech.
eSIM Delivery: Upon purchase, you'll receive a QR code via email. Once sent, the eSIM cannot be recovered or deactivated.
